Tri Budi Santosa The community of Kuda Lumping, At Tabag Gunung, Brongkol, Jambu, Semarang Regency

      Kuda lumping is one of the local cultures of Semarang district precisely in a hamlet called Tabag Gunung, Brongkol, Jambu, Semarang district. Because of its popularity of this local culture owned by Tabag Gunung, hence they formed a community of Kuda Lumping at Tabag Gunung which is called as Tri Budi Santosa Kuda Lumping Community. This community has participated a lot of local events, one of its examples is Susuk Wangan that held in a hamlet called Gembongan. In this tradition, this community has always been invited to be presented in susuk wangan events. This community s formed by the youths from Tabag Gunung and other youths from another hamlet, such as Gertas, Krajan, etc.

    The Awareness of youths in Brongkol village in conserving the local arts of Semarang district deserves to be appreciated and supported properly, therefore Kuda Lumping as one of the cultures of Semarang district can be sustainable and spreads beyond or even abroad.
