Susuk Wangan Brongkol-Sunday(28/7) at Gembongan, Brongkol, Jambu, Semarang Regency. Was held a tradition called Sowangan/ Susuk Wangan themed Amerti Tirta(Javanese language). Susuk wangan is a local culture of the 10th villages in sub-district of Jambu to preserve the value of the noble traditions of the ancestral cultural heritage. For the Amerti Tirta theme, it means ngruwat banyu(Javanese language)  or caring for the water. So, Susuk Wangan is a tradition of the ancestors to be aware of the flow of water by cleaning the river and fount. Tradisi Panen Raya Kopi Warga Lereng Kelir, Desa Brongkol Dusun Gertas, Lereng Kelir-Tradisi Panen Raya Kopi merupakan salah satu tradisi yang masih dilakukan warga di Dusun Gertas, Desa Brongkol hingga saat ini. Tujuan dari tradisi Panen Raya Kopi ini sendiri tak lain sama dengan tujuan dari diselenggarakannya tradisi Sedekah Bumi, yaitu sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur warga nya. Tradisi Panen Raya Kopi ini dilaksakanan sejak pagi hari dan diawali dengan pagelaran tari-tarian yang dilakukan oleh beberapa kelompok pria dengan iringan alunan music lagu syair-syair Islami yang melambangkan rasa syukur terhadap Sang Pencipta. Kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan memotong tumpeng, kemudian memanen biji kopi secara bersama-sama atau massal. The Traditions of harvesting large amounts of coffee by Lereng Kelir residents,Brongkol Village Gertas, Lereng Kelir- the tradition of harvesting large amounts of coffee is one of the traditions which are still being done by the residents of Gertas hamlet, Brongkol village until this time. The purpose of this tradition is as same as the purpose of “Sedekah Bumi”   tradition (The earth alms) to express their gratitude for God’s blessing and God’s giving for human needs. The Traditions of harvesting Coffee is carried out in the morning and begins with a dance performances performed by several groups of men with the accompaniment of music from Islamic poetry songs that symbolize gratitude towards God. Tradisi Sedekah Bumi di Puncak Lereng Kelir, Desa Brongkol Sedekah bumi dilakukan para warga Lereng Kelir, Desa Brongkol, Kecamatan Jambu, Kabupaten Semarang sebagai wujud rasa syukur kepada sang pencipta. Kegiatan sedekah bumi ini diawali para warga dengan berjalan sejauh 1,5 kilometer untuk melakukan sedekah bumi di puncak Lereng Kelir dengan ketinggian 1200 meter di atas permukaan air laut. Para warga berbondong-bondong berjalan dengan membawa gunungan berupa nasi tumpeng, buah, dan sayur-sayuran yang merupakan hasil bumi. Dan sesampainya di puncak Lereng Kelir, para warga yang ikut dalam arak-arakan pawai tersebut akan melakukan doa bersama sebagai wujud dan ungkapan rasa syukur mereka atas panen yang melimpah ruah, warga Desa Lereng Kelir juga bersyukur atas keindahan alam yang bisa dijadikan objek wisata. The earth alms (Sedekah Bumi)  tradition at the top of Kelir hillside in Brongkol            The earth alms are conducted by the resident of Lereng Kelir  at Brongkol, sub-district of Jambu, Semarang district, it is conducted as their gratitude for God’s blessing and God’s giving for human needs. This tradition starts with walking approximately for 1,5 kilometers in the height of 1200 meters above the sea level to the peak of Kelir hillside which runs by the local residents. Many people walk together and bring (Gunungan) such as Nasi tumpeng, fruits, and vegetables which are agricultural products. Tri Budi Santosa The community of Kuda Lumping, At Tabag Gunung, Brongkol, Jambu, Semarang Regency       Kuda lumping is one of the local cultures of Semarang district precisely in a hamlet called Tabag Gunung, Brongkol, Jambu, Semarang district. Because of its popularity of this local culture owned by Tabag Gunung, hence they formed a community of Kuda Lumping at Tabag Gunung which is called as Tri Budi Santosa Kuda Lumping Community. This community has participated a lot of local events, one of its examples is Susuk Wangan that held in a hamlet called Gembongan. In this tradition, this community has always been invited to be presented in susuk wangan events.
